This booking is only applicable to orders placed directly with dealers. Orders placed with suitcase.hk or others must register with a different link.

Procedure:
Before you begin, please prepare your voucher confirmation.
Step 1: Click on your corresponding Dealer icon
Step 2: Select the date for pick-up
Step 3: Fill in the voucher information
Step 4: Fill in the contact Information
Step 5: Take note of your booking number
Please bring a printed copy of voucher confirmation and booking number.
Failing to show the printed copy will not be accepted for voucher pick up.

- Please arrive promptly to reduce waiting time
- No changes are allowed on confirmed voucher
- Delivery service is not avaliable for all Dealer promotions
- Please show a valid printed copy of the voucher confirmation, non-printed copy will not be accepted
- Please print the voucher confirmation clearly to ensure that your right to pick up
- Please pick up the product according to the stated pick up date. Contact us if you require early pick up
- Pick up service will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning. Upon the lowering of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the cancellation of a Black Rainstorm Warning before 7:00 a.m., pick up service will be available for the day. Upon the the lowering of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the cancellation of a Black Rainstorm Warning before 12:00 p.m., pick up service will be resumed at 2:00 p.m..
